Rushelli Luna, Founder

Rushelli Luna is a pioneer and industry leader, a nonprofit expert, providing ambitious planning, management and development services to organizations invested in low-income areas and underserved communities. Ms. Luna has many roles, she is first a loving mother of two beautiful girls, setting an example and creating so many teachable moments for her children.

Ms. Luna has always desired to give back and create a specific structure catered to nonprofits to provide change for communities of color that are underserved and impacted by systems that are not set up for their success. With 10+ years in the field, learning and preparing Tax Returns, Rushelli's objective is to build impactful leaders across the world, helping nonprofits at every stage.

Our CEO, Rushelli Luna, is a humble individual using her smarts and affinity for words to make a difference in the economic strength and well-being of all those who cross her path, "As a licensed Tax Preparer, I work with clients to prepare, plan and file tax returns, as well as assist with IRS issues & business filings."

Shandrea Moody, Urban Not Average Founder, Business Consultant, Tax Agent

Mrs. Shandrea Moody-Wilson is a Los Angeles born native of California.  As a mother of student athletes, she is well aware of the commitment it takes to nurture youths into reaching their full capabilities as outstanding athletes. 

In her urban community Shandrea is a fun spirit who draws families, friends, and the community out to social events so that they can connect socially and to support great causes.  ​Although 2020, has had several profound setbacks, UNA continues use this time wisely to create effective programs designed to respond to current community protocols to keep our youths safe while playing and learning.

As a Consultant, Shandrea uses her smarts and networks to help clients build, expand and find financing for their business  "As a Tax Preparer, she works with nonprofits and business clients to prepare, plan and file tax returns, as well as assist with IRS issues."

Akua "TJ" Robinson, Natural-We Community Founder, Wellness Consultant, Tax Agent

Akua T.J. Robinson holds an M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies: Africana Psychology. She is currently a doctoral candidate at Claremont Graduate University in Cultural Studies and has obtained certificates in Africana Studies and Applied Women and Gender Studies. Akua's research emphasizes healing, music, culture and spirituality. In 2015 Ms. Robinson’s article “The Healing Element of the Spirituals” published in the Journal of Pan African Studies. She is also a co-author of Amazon Bestseller The Beauty in My Mess Volume 1, published in 2018. Robinson has also contributed to the Black Power Encyclopedia published in 2018. 

Currently Akua T.J. is a certified Life and Spiritual Coach. Under T.J.'s Wellness she offers Life/Spiritual Coaching, Reiki and Alaafia Ocean Healing Retreat.  She is also the founder and executive director of Natural-WE Community, a non-profit which focuses on the healing, empowerment and celebration of Black/African people and culture. T.J. enjoys helping others, singing, the ocean, all things food and spending time with family friends and loved ones.

As A Tax Office Partner Ms Robinson network and connect her community members with much needed financial planning resource and education for them to live freely, creating wealth and doing what they love to do the most for their mental wellness. She works with clients plan, preparer and file personal tax returns.

Samantha Burnett, CCFEI, Real Estate Guru, Tax Agent

Samantha Burnett is a caring and hard-working Real Estate Salesperson in the Los Angeles, CA area that is known for her exceptional Relocation experience and Property Management Experience skills. With over 10 years of Real Estate experience. Samantha makes each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible for her clients.

Samantha began her career in Real Estate in 2021 as a licensed agent. Samantha has been in property management, project management, and asset management for more than 10 years and just recently has received her license and strategically partnered with eXp Realty of California as a sales associate, where she has been able to provide numerous clients with her knowledge, expertise, and unparalleled passion for the field. In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, Samantha is also highly skilled in Listings, Relocation & Foreclosures.

Milton "O" Jones, CCFEI, Business Consultant, Tax Agent

Mr Milton Jones is a Florida area entrepreneur working to grow his cause. 

Within his community he provides education and leadership advice to his peers.  Working to expand on his talents while brining together his networks he's on a journey with FCFEI to develop his Tax Office. 

As a Consultant, Mr. Jones uses his 10+ years experience in Trucking and Logistics Industry to help clients navigate business credit building strategies to  start, expand and grow the business' access to cash flow. As a Tax Agent he works with clients to prepare & plan tax strategies while overseeing timely filings for all clients.

Maceo Reed, CCFEI, Business Consultant, Tax Agent

Maceo Reed is a Retired Licensed Mortgage Loan Specialist  and a Native to the Compton/LA area. Mr. Reed earned a BA in Business in the early 80s and went on to lead a successful career in Real Estate for over 40 years.

During retirement he continues to expand his knowledge in creative Residential Real Estate Financing, as well as Options Investing.  He enjoy sharing his knowledge with those who crosses his path.

As a Tax Agent with FCFEI Mr. Reed brings a vast knowledge of Tax planning, Business Strategy, Family and Retirement planning and real estate experience to assist our clients in reaching their financial freedom goals.
